Seller account support
Marketplace seller account support across the UK
We work with sellers across the United Kingdom on the account problems that stop a marketplace business trading: suspensions and deactivations, selling restrictions, verification that will not clear, listings pulled by IP complaints, and payouts held behind a reserve.

What UK sellers deal with that US appeal advice misses
Most published guidance on marketplace appeals is written for US sellers, and the gap shows in exactly the places that matter for verification and evidence.
- Company registration. Companies House rather than a state register, with number formats that differ across England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
- Tax identity. HMRC and a UK VAT registration where US guidance assumes an EIN and state sales tax.
- Proof of address. Council tax bills are the standard UK document and appear on no US list.
- Payouts. A UK bank account with sort code and account number, where verification flows sometimes expect a routing number.
- Consumer law. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 set the returns backdrop, not US state law.

Common questions
Do you work with sellers across the whole UK?
+
Yes, England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The work is remote and document-based, so location affects the evidence in your appeal rather than the service you get.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
+
eBay, Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart, across suspensions and deactivations, selling restrictions, policy violations, listing removals, IP complaints, held funds, and identity verification.
What does it cost?
+
Open a case and you get an assessment of what has actually happened and what it will take to fix, before you commit to anything.
How long does an appeal take?
+
We reply within one working day. The marketplace's own review is typically a few working days for a straightforward appeal, and longer where identity verification or a second-level review is involved.
Marketplace policies, carrier service areas, and performance targets change. Check the current policy page on the marketplace before acting on anything here, and treat this page as general information rather than legal advice. No outcome can be guaranteed on any appeal.
