The recurring theme is intellectual property, and it runs both ways: sellers whose listings are pulled by a complaint they do not understand, and sellers whose own designs are being copied and who are discovering how blunt the enforcement tools are.

A trademark, and you sell genuine branded stock
This is a resale or listing-content dispute. Invoices and a corrected listing usually resolve it.
A copyright in your own images or text
Someone claims your listing copied theirs. If the work is yours, this is a counter-notice, not an apology.

A registered UK trademark changes what you can do about copies, and it is the precondition for most marketplace brand-protection programmes. Without one you are limited to reporting individual listings and watching them reappear.

What resolves it is documentation: supply-chain invoices that trace to an authorised source, and listing content that does not overstate your relationship with the brand.
